Emotional factors contributing to gallstone
formation may include worry, excessive self-satisfaction, shock, orphanhood, suppressed quarrelsomeness, subconscious need for security, shame due to sexual impurity, anxiety caused by unfulfilled desires, anxiety from painful experiences in the present life, anxiety from being regulated, embarrassment, and financial concerns.
Mental causes may include
compulsion to excel, subconscious careerism, desire to please others, internal resistance against oneself, denial of one’s origins, misconception of inferiority, guilt due to lack of relationships, and guilt from suicidal thoughts.
